1. Introduction
Welcome to TripSkyWay. This Payment Policy explains the payment terms and conditions applicable to travel enquiries, holiday packages, and confirmed bookings made through our website or services.
By making a payment to TripSkyWay, you agree to the payment conditions communicated during the booking process, along with the applicable Terms & Conditions and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
2. Booking Confirmation
Submitting a travel enquiry or receiving a quotation does not guarantee a confirmed booking.
A booking will be considered confirmed only after the required payment has been received, the requested services have been accepted by the relevant suppliers, and a booking confirmation has been issued, as applicable.
Availability and prices may change until the booking is confirmed.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
TripSkyWay will communicate the available payment methods during the booking process.
Depending on availability, these may include:
UPI payments.
Bank transfers.
Debit and credit cards.
Payment gateway facilities.
Other authorized payment methods communicated by our team.
Customers should make payments only through the official payment channels provided or verified by TripSkyWay.
Please do not transfer money to an unverified personal account or respond to suspicious payment requests claiming to represent TripSkyWay.
4. Advance Payment
Certain travel arrangements may require an advance payment or booking deposit to secure the requested services.
The advance amount will depend on the destination, package, travel dates, supplier requirements, and booking conditions.
The applicable advance payment, payment deadline, and any non-refundable deposit conditions will be communicated before the booking is confirmed.
A booking is not guaranteed until the applicable confirmation process has been completed.
5. Balance Payment
If a booking is made with an advance payment, the remaining balance must be paid by the due date specified in the quotation, invoice, or booking confirmation.
Failure to pay the balance by the specified deadline may result in cancellation, loss of availability, additional charges, or other consequences under the applicable booking terms.
Any cancellation charges or amounts retained will be subject to the confirmed booking conditions and applicable law.
6. Payment Deadlines
Payment deadlines may differ depending on the travel package and the suppliers involved.
Flights, hotels, resorts, international holiday packages, and special promotional offers may have different payment requirements.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the payment schedule and ensuring that payments are completed on time.
If a payment deadline changes, the revised deadline will be communicated where reasonably possible.
7. Prices, Taxes, and Additional Charges
All quoted prices will be communicated with the applicable inclusions, exclusions, taxes, and additional charges to the extent known at the time of quotation.
Depending on the package, additional charges may include:
Applicable taxes and government levies.
Airline baggage or seat-selection fees.
Visa and documentation charges.
Optional tours and activities.
Meals, transfers, or services not included in the package.
Supplier-imposed charges disclosed under the applicable booking conditions.
Any additional charge payable by the customer should be communicated before it is collected, subject to applicable law.
8. Payment Confirmation and Receipts
After making a payment, customers should retain the transaction reference, payment receipt, or other proof of payment.
Payment confirmation may be issued after the transaction has been verified and reconciled with the relevant booking.
Customers should contact TripSkyWay if the amount has been debited from their account but the payment has not been acknowledged.
A payment screenshot alone may not establish successful receipt of funds if the transaction remains pending or has failed.
9. Failed, Pending, or Duplicate Payments
Payments may occasionally be delayed, declined, or marked as pending because of bank, payment gateway, network, or technical issues.
If your payment fails or remains pending, please check the transaction status with your bank or payment provider before attempting another payment.
If you believe that you have been charged more than once for the same booking, contact TripSkyWay with the relevant transaction references so the payments can be reviewed.
Any eligible reversal or refund will be handled through the applicable payment provider and in accordance with the relevant terms and law.
10. Refunds and Payment Reversals
Refund eligibility is governed by the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy, booking confirmation, supplier conditions, and applicable law.
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method where feasible, subject to payment provider procedures and applicable requirements.
Processing times may vary depending on the bank, payment gateway, airline, hotel, or other supplier involved.
Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for additional information.
11. Currency and International Payments
Travel quotations may be issued in Indian Rupees (INR) or another currency, as specified in the quotation.
International travel services may be affected by exchange-rate fluctuations, foreign transaction charges, bank fees, and other applicable charges.
Where relevant, the payable amount and any known additional charges will be communicated during the booking process.
Applicable taxes, foreign exchange rules, and other statutory requirements will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
12. Payment Security
Customers should use only trusted and authorized payment channels.
TripSkyWay will not ask customers to disclose their UPI PIN, card PIN, banking password, or OTP to complete a payment through a representative.
Please do not share confidential banking credentials with anyone claiming to provide booking assistance.
If you receive a suspicious payment request, verify it using the official contact details published on our website before proceeding.
13. Third-Party Supplier Payments
Certain travel services may be provided by airlines, hotels, resorts, transport operators, activity providers, or other third-party suppliers.
Payment deadlines, deposits, and other financial conditions may be determined partly by these suppliers.
Where third-party payment conditions apply, the relevant terms will be communicated during the booking process.
14. Changes to This Policy
TripSkyWay may update this Payment Policy to reflect changes in payment methods, booking procedures, supplier requirements, or applicable legal obligations.
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Changes will apply as permitted by applicable law and will not override rights that have already accrued.
